What Faeya provides

Faeya provides tools for noticing feelings, trying optional reflection and relaxation activities, and saving entries locally on your device. Features may change as the app is updated.

Faeya is for general self-reflection and relaxation. It does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency services and is not a substitute for advice or care from a qualified professional. No particular result is promised.

Your use and content

You are responsible for the text you choose to enter and save. Keep your entries appropriate for your own use and do not use Faeya to break the law or violate another person's rights.

Saved reflections are stored locally by the app and are not submitted to Faeya for review. You control whether to save an entry and can delete entries or clear the journal in the app. Device backups may be governed by the settings and services you choose with your operating system.

Optional microphone feature

Speak aloud requires microphone permission while you choose to use it. The app responds to sound level, does not interpret the words spoken, and does not save or transmit audio. You can deny or revoke microphone permission and use another activity instead.

Acceptable use and app materials

Use Faeya lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to misuse the app. Faeya's name, interface, and supplied artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute them except where the law allows.

Availability and disclaimers

Faeya is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Faeya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised when the app or its features change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
